Can't you overclock it? Nice prices btw. I've been looking for a full upgrade as well. But I'm waiting for dx10 to become more mainstream and DDR3 to properly beat DDR2.
yeah, it can be overclocked to like 3.4ghz, but then you'll have to run those tests to make sure there is nothing wrong with it. i don't have time for that. ddr 3 won't replace ddr2 anytime soon. not probably until either summer or winter of 2008. i'm leaning more towards winter of 2008.
even when ddr3 prices drop, it'll be the 1066 or the lower clock speeds and not the higher speeds that'll be cheap.
