    i may be highly outdated but were polls disabled, because i cant find them

    I still see them.

    "Post New Poll" rather than "Post New Topic" in the upper right.

    No, for regular members you will have to create a topic first. Then you can click 'Add Poll' which is accessible at the top or bottom of the topic page.

    Oh. I figured there may have been a difference. Wasn't sure though.
