Trade it over the GTS for something awesome that you don't have. This method is not recommended, because you will lose all your watts Method 2 1. Find a Pokemon that you don't want. 2. Half a second later, select Attack. The Pokemon should evade. 3. This pretty much guarantees that the Pokemon will try to evade again. So this time, evade until it results in a stare down. 4. Attack. The Pokemon should try to run, resulting in a critical hit. 5. Repeat Steps 2-4 until the Pokemon has fainted. I hope this helped.
