Pokemon White (E) .sav issue?? R4 WOOD no$gba--- Rom image crash??

So when I was playing Pokemon White on my R4 WOOD, beaten the 8th gym and then decided to catch some pokemon....then BAM it freezes annoyingly with the sound buzzing. Restarted the game several times doing the same thing... but getting worse. eg one step when it all loaded = freeze ,, then it didn't load "Season" Screen (tells what season you are in) and just got stuck there with a black screen.

I thought the game was corrupted, so I reformated the old rom with a clean one(?) but it was stuck again with black screen

Moments later I tried loading it onto my no$gba and got to the part where it froze and it said ROM IMAGE CRASH....

damn and i've just wasted about 7 days of my life

Can anyone help me by finding a solution to all of this????? Please
