Serebii: http://www.serebii.net/index2.shtml Bulbapedia: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Main_Page To be honest, I use Bulbapedia to look up pokemon facts eg. Nurse Joy and I use Serebii for the PokeNews as well as Pokemon Black/White updates and CoroCoro scans.
serebii for news which is generally all I need. I loves my wikis but don't have much reason to visit a pokemon wiki.
Serebii is dependable for news. It's also if you need to quickly need to look up something Bulbapedia is if you want SPECIFICS
Both. I use Bulbapedia to look up facts about pokemon and the animu, game, etc if I'm pokesaving a pokemon or making some erotica fanfic. I use Serebii if I need to find out what I'm supposed to do in a spot or how to get legendaries and stuff. And Serebii haves those nice CoroCoro scans.
ALRIGHT SELF PROCLAIMED PRO COMING THROUGH Bulbapedia is slowish, but I use it for quick move and breeding references as well as any specific info on people from the games/anime. Serebii I use for breeding groups and attacks (to an extent), but I don't like Joe's new layout for the Pokedex/AttackDex. Psypokes I only use as a Hidden Power calculator on occasion.
Pokebeach.com is the best site for pokemon, it gets all the updates before serebii (not sure about bulbapedia), plus it has a lot more updates that serebii doesn't catch or care about
