I wanted to know if trading is possible in Pokemon while playing them on a flash cart? I want to be able to trade to X and Y when I purchase them, so yeah. xD
Yes, playing on flash cartridge is much the same like playing on the original cartridge except can't use IR since flash carts don't carry such ability. As for whether trading between BW 1 and BW 2 to X & Y is yet to be known. The X & Y game is not even due for release at the moment, it's still around 2 months to go (around October 12th). No such information has either been disclosed regarding backward compatibility between generation 6 with generation 5 or older pokemon games. Normally there should be such ability.
IR = infrared . In BW & B2W2 one could use infrared features using c gear to battle and for some other mechs .
