pokemon SS stuck HELP PLEASE

    why wont the guy at the east of mahogany town let me past i have been everywhere he mensioned and he wont let me get to blackthorn city and i need to get there to get to kanto.

    did you go to the radio tower and its underground?
    yuo've got to fight team rocket first.

    Besides that, did you help Lance fight the Team Rocket that was using the Red Gyrados?

    if you havnt beaten team rocket in the house withe the antennae in the tree beat them. then go to goldenrod and go underground to get the rocket suit. then go to the radio tower and go up the stairs to beat team rocket again.
