Pokemon SS I Help To Find Lugia

    I have Gone To Whirl Island,Have a Silver Wing But When I Go To The Place Which I Suppose To Catch Lugia He Doesnt Show Up.Help Pls?

    You need to defeat the elite four or 7/8 Gyms... I think.

    You have to beat the girls in the theater. Its located in the town with the burned tower. Above the pokemon center

    Go to Prof. Elm. He'll give you Master Ball and then go to the threatre.

    #1: There's no need to capitalise EVERY DAMN WORD.
    #2: You need to have beaten all 8 Gyms, obtained the Master Ball from Prof. Elm and defeated the Kimono Girls in Ecruteak City before Lugia will show up.
