Pokemon Sprites Help?, With Pokedspic!

    I use PokedsPic on heargolds pokegra.narc file and i replace lugia sprites with this (made with gimp using lugia pallet)

    yet when i try any way any program (even paint.net) i get this

    any help? if so how did you do it?

    i mean is i try and use pokedspic on lugia and then i get missingno
