Pokemon SoulSilver on no$gba2.6a slowdown problems

Ok this doesnt have to do with the black screen or freezing or anything. When I'm browsing the pokemon storage boxes if I sit there for like 20 seconds or more the game starts slowing down really badly going to like 30%, same when I'm doing the slot machines the game corner, although it lasts it bit longer before it slows down.

Is anyone else experiencing this and does anyone know how to fix it?

I don't think it's my computer, it's fairly decent. 4gig ram, 2.5ghz duel core, 9800gt nvidia.

 

Use no$cash for 3D render, change Audio quality to Low, change Emulation speed etc. All of this can be done in the Emulation Setup.

 

no$cash is set for 3D render, changed the audio quality to low, and messed with the emulation speed all different kinds of settings. Still getting slowdown in the pokemon box after 20 seconds and I can't do the pokethalon due to slowdowns. I'm just curious if this happens to anyone else?
