pokemon soulsilver and heartgold

i was wondering if you could tell me if I can transfer pokemon from a usa version of soulsilver to a europe version of heartgold?
(i want to buy the game and I love ho-òh but in soulsilver you can catch persian and vulpix)
I got soulsilver from this site and it works on my acekard 2,but it does goes very slow sometimes.

Yes, you can trade Pokemon from a rom to a real game.

I do it all the time.

 

If they're both English, they are the same exact game. Pokemon are divided into categories: ENG (UK/US/AU), SPA, FRE, GER, ITA, JAP and KOR.

 

so it doesn`t matter one is usa and the other is europe?

 

Region does not matter when you are trading Pokemon.
