And if you use R4 or similar flashcard then you should follow Klaimore

The game works fine without any problems on Acekard 2i with AKIO 1.6RC2

An Acekard 2i is an flashcard and AKIO is a unofficial firmware for it

 

well i downloaded pokemon soul silver black screen appears so i use cheat for it and after i talk to mom then the images were blurred then i reentered room it becomes alright and i think so it will freeze too help me please

You cant download a flashcard it is a cartridge that you'll buy from somewhere
it is something like R4 but it has another maker

But you can only use it when your flashcard is a Acekard or Acekard 2i
if you use NO$GBA you'll need a cheat to get rid of the black screen

Then AKAIO is useless. A flashcart is like a game catridge that allows you to download games onto it and insert into your DS and run.
Flashcarts don't have anything to do with No$gba.

An event is like; talking to someone, entering a new map/area, battle encounters and other stuff.

Well, yeah. Just save frequently, as you won't be able to count how many events you did. The saving is much more faster than the D/P/Plat anyway.
