Pokemon soul silver: patched but still freezing

    So it worked perfectly till I beat the third gym.
    now my game is freezing/showing black screen:
    after saving
    after leaving/entering buildings
    after leaving bag

    I used dslazy patch( I also tried the patch with a green leaf as icon but that didn't work either)
    I use a M3 ds real with the newest firmware for it
