Pokemon Soul Silver on No$gba and No$zoomer

    ok so i know that there's like 50 million posts about this already but i tried reading and got seriously overwhelmed.. lol.. i guess you guys could call me a noob cuz most of everything i read on the posts kind of confused me.. haha but i do know how to work no$gba and no$zoomer and how to mess with the settings so i guess what i really want to know is how should i run SS on my No$zoomer.. like what are the basic instructions to setting everything up to get SS to run as smoothly as possible?? i know that theres still gonna be some freezing and stuff but i just want to make sure i have as much as i can to prevent as much freezing as possible... Plz Help!! I'm extremely grateful to anyone who can help me
