Pokemon Soul Silver language question

I would like to know why the Pokemon soul silver game has not or if they wont translate the whole thing to english. Yes the pokemon attacks, the menu and battles in english is extremly helpfull. It would be even better if I could understand what is going on in the game. I have the original pokemon crystal, and have played silver so i have the jest of what i have to do but its really annoying to have to go every where because i dont know what to do. Can some one please answer my question so i can atleast let this drop if its not possible.

 

The English version will come out soon. (March 2010, 3 months from now).
If you want to know the "story" then you can just wait. There are a couple translations out, but they are not complete

I'd imagine that work will slow down on them (if it hasn't already) very soon since the North American release is so close.
