Pokemon soul silver help

    I have beaten the 4th gym and caught gyrados and I can't get in the gym ? Help plz thxz ???

    You dont go to the fifth gym afterwards, you go to the Item shop, the building on the upper left. You go underground into the Team Rocket HQ then do a whole buncha fightin so you can beat one of the Team Rocket Executives and shut down the power generators by killing electrodes.
