OK so Im trying to get strength wich is in olivine city but when I talk to the guy nothing happens

 

you have to go to union cave, i believe... that's to get to the next town.
about flash and cut, no idea.

 

You don't get either yet, go to sprout tower and go allll the way to the top and beat your rival. Then the old man will give you rock smash. *That's different xD* Then go to poke mart to get the togepi egg. Then head south to the route and go in the cave then go to the town then go to the pokeball maker person house then go to slowpokes well, then go beat the bug freak gym leader, then go west and beat your rival again...

xD I'm stopping there.

 

I have founded Cut but not flash where can I find it???

 

I thought you get Flash at Sprout Tower.

 

I dont think so All I get is a TM not a HM

 

Did you beat all of the trainers?

 

Flash is a TM in HG/SS this started in D/P/Pt.

 

umm...I think flash isn't a hm anymore and they replace defog with whirlpool!

 

Flash is TM70.

Defog is replaced with Waterfall as HM05.

 

so where do I get strength? the guy don't want to give it to me ???

 

Go to Mt. Mortar, hiker will give it to you
