ok i got all 8 badges and went to professor elm and he gave me a master ball. then when i try to go near the water on the east of new bark , that girl keeps stopping me and saying something i cant understand. does anyone know what im post to do at this point?
go to ecrutak in a building with dancers, the room above the poke center. then battle the first five eevee evolutions, then go to the Whirl Islands and catch lugia. The whirl islands are the islands next to cianwood and olivine. go to the north eastern island and get to the basement to catch lugia. You must beat the dancers first, also known as the Kimono (hot) girls.
