pokemon scripting on firered

I need a noob friendly toutorial on scripting using xse (xtreem script editor).

 

I think that it would be best to go to gbaTemp for something along those lines.

They have a lot of friendly people and some of them might even offer to help.

ok. heres what i want to do: a level 50 dragonite event in pokèmon mansion; a shiney gyrados level 30 in seafoam islands (must battle first to reach articuno); and a wild ponyta running around the fountain instead of the girl in cleadon city level must be 15 or higher.
please do this for me and send me the .ips patch. im gonna attempt to copy zels shiney gyrados script... ill let you know if it works....
