I am writing this to say that I am extremely disappointed in the Pokemon goldheart and soulsilver euro Roms it freezes everytime I am on to something important in the game play, if your trying to impress people can you try not to give us Roms that doesn't work properly and change to something that actually works.
It's because it has anti-piracy. The people that made the game put this on so that people who download the game it will not work for them.
Seeing as how no one has made an AP patch, you'll have to get a quality flashcart to experience the game without any freezes. RomUlation isn't responsible for patching roms. They release them untouched because a patch might not be necessary on all flashcarts. And usually once you patch it, you can't unpatch or repatch it, which is why a clean rom is preferred.
Sorry, I know it can be hard to understand what exactly RomUlation does, but I'll try to explain it. RomUlation provides clean ROMs. This means they are exact copies of the game carts you would buy in the stores. Some flash carts can then play it perfectly fine while others can't, if we were to test on every single flash cart out and provide a patch for each one then we'd be employing several full time crackers, and I can guarantee you that RomUlation would not be a free site. Instead we consider it the responsibility of the flash cart manufactures to make sure the games can play. They're the ones who sold you a flash cart saying it could play ROMs so they should be the ones to make sure it actually can.
Finally can download the game after waiting 1 year and took 1 hour to download.Very excited when the game is on romulation. After putting the game into the DSTT,i nicely play it until something happened when coming out of a house.....everything turned black >_<
Don't blame RomUlation, blame ANTI-PIRACY. RomUlation is innocent when it comes to this stuff, uploading ROMS is hard enough. Try browsing the Technical Help section and look for any patches (there is a stickied one, I know)
I got a suggestion to possibly adress this issue. Because we get people whinging CONSTANTLY about Ap in games and now and then...blaming romU for them not working... How about we send emails out to users to inform them a new game is ready, but with a reminder on Ap in said game might be included...and to start sending out warnings to those in breach of this, plus a welcoming email explaining the same thing (in other words-spam their email boxes). It's their fault if they never read their junk mail (my romU pm notifications head into junk mail despite setting it to be safe, so I just check and delete when needed).
We're not going to send them spam. Putting info in activations emails doesn't work. I know from myself that I just get the link.
hey don't be so hard with romulation they post the roms for free that not enough for you , i am a fans of this game like all of you so wait
Just update your flash card to the last version go here: http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=38086.msg690994#msg690994
Right everyone,I am a beginner on romulation so I do not know about'anti-piracy' all i do was download games and play...was until I started to go to forum and posted my own opinion and all the people reply back saying it because of 'anti-piracy' so please forgive me people(and romulation):-(
the ROM is 100% fine all data but it's your flashcart/emulator that's not properly functioning it's like saying mario and luigi bowser's inside dosen't work on r4 why'd they dump but on acekard it works fine so it's the flashcart/emulator your using
I agree with him.You should get an acekard for your ds.So far I can play most of the games including Heart Gold.Last time i use my TTDS it didnt work, but now it can.Try getting an acekard 2i because it works on both DS and DSi.
Some people aren't that privileged to get an Acekard. All they can do is hope for a new firmware. The Original R4 has Wood R4 now, so R4 users won't have to purchase an Acekard
Thus ordering online anyway you can is another option one must consider. Even if it requires forcing one's parents to do so.
