Pokemon Rangers: Guardian Signs

    So, I'm at a part where I have to use Stantler to break a rock in this cave. However, my Friend Pokemon aren't showing up around me (I have 3). I have Stantler, and I can't figure out how to use the field assist. I cannot drag from the menu because they only show up on the Top-screen part. Can you help?

    you probably have hidden the pokemon so click on your character and the pokemon should re-appear around you
