Hi is there anyway to change this game to english? I had no idea a new pokemon is coming out. now im super excited, but its in japanese can anyone help? Thanks
No, some impatient people might make a hack/code that changes it, but it would be better to wait and it's not long anyway... If I can wait years for Digimon RPG then you can wait weeks....
Platinum Release Date is Early 2009 (for North America, I beleive), so yah wait a bit, catch up on some pearl and diamond poke contests, read the info about platinum, or do all of the above Cjdogger You waited years for a digimon RPG, whoa thats amazing, I'd have probaly forgotten about by the end of the second month
In a few months, the US version will be out. lol Even a partial translation would be nice, like the Yes, No buttons, Movesets, Names, Items, a basic translation of what to do next. So far, it looks like all of the japanese text looks like weird looking 3s. lol
I'm still playing the Japanese version so I can be an ass and trade people on wifi with japanese named pokemon. I felt that pain before and now I get to do it to other people.
lol. Well some impatient people will make an english mod eventually (I hope they don't) for Platinum. Instead of talkng about Digimon RPG on here i've made a thread in the game discussion bit...
I am done completing the thing. Now I am gonna trade people Japanese named pokemon just like Insanecrazy>The'll experiance the horror that I had to go through as I have a lot of japanese named poke that I had to edit using Pokesav on pokemon Diamond Us V.
you know... if you knew the pokemon diamond/pearl games well enough, the language barrier would be overcome - Platinum is VERY similar to d/p so really you dont need an english patch. although if you need any help, i'll try my best (boyfriend knows Jap, and i'm slowly learning, hehe) but yeah, like i said, if you know d/p very well... if not, sorry i cant be of more assistance, although there are (crappy and inaccurate) English Patches around i'm sure. good luck with that. you do realise you can nickname them in English, right?
