Pokemon Platinum Wild Pokemon Modifier Issue

I'm running Acekard 2 version 4.07 with Pokemon Platinum (U). Lately my Acekard 2 detects the codes for my games only if its in an XML document form. As a result, it bunches up the codes and doesn't separate them by folder. So I turned on the Wild Pokemon Modifier and went to use it. I try to use Nature and Level modifier by hitting R and Select, but they don't work. However, when I engage the NDX modifier by hitting L, it causes my game to freeze. Anyone have this problem?
