I am using Acekard2i and I have Mac OSX and I plan on buying a Pokemon Platinum game card.
Is there a way that I can transfer the save file that I already had from the Rom to the real game card?
A Mac compatible solution is preferred, but Windows will also do.

there should be a way, seeing how by using a slot-2 flashcard with homebrew and some other program i forget what it's called, you can transfer the save file of a real game onto the computer. but... honestly that's all i know

Yep there is a way, you need a slot-2 device called EZ Falsh V 3 in 1, it's a great tool that also lets you play GBA roms.

Anyway, yeah you need this device.

I plan to do the same thing once Platinum gets released in Australia :)

linfoxdomain.com has a program on it called Rein v17.

It can be used to backup and restore save files. I've never used it, but it probably works just fine.

But yes, you need a slot 2 device like the EZ Flash to make it work.

There is a tutorial on shawnmunroe.com forums (or whatever) for this. Is it possible of course.

So there is no other way than to do this with a slot 2 device?

Probably not.....You can always try searching with google for more answers.

But, I've tried a slot-2 device, and it works like a charm
