Pokemon Platinum Problem (HelPP..)

    Hello guys..
    i got a little problem here..
    when i open the "pal pad", the screen just black but the song still play like nothing happen..
    did anyone know what's the problem??

    im using v1.18
    and im already format the card again

    thats nothing wrong with the other, just the pal pad.. T_T
    whats wrong here??
