i have tried it and to play it u have to download okemon ruby and and patch it using ips patch.to help u patch it download IPSWin 2.0 .

Seems like an interesting homebrew.

Hey everyone, I'm a member of the Pokecommunity. I'm actually making a hack .
@khaislash-There actually not hacked like with an action replay, It's just a custom game.
