Pokemon Platinum Issue

    My friend and I are attempting to get to Fullmoon Island, and we've done the necessary steps to get the request to go to Fullmoon Island but instead of taking us there, Sailor Eldritch says "That Lunar Wing, please take it to my son."

    Does anyone know if there is a way we can hack or cheat the game card to get to Fullmoon Island by force?

    P.S. We are not using a ROM. We are playing an actual game card we bought at Gamestop. If anyone gives ROM or firmware answers, you will reported because you don't know how to read posts properly.

    Uh.... you could get an action replay and walk through wall there......

    Uhh . . . I have no idea how to fix your problem, besides starting over.

    I too have an actual Platinum gamecart, and I got to Full Moon Island just fine. I even got that Darkrai event item just fine from the wifi. Perhaps you used cheats? I dunno, people keep saying that cheats screwed their game over. I haven't, so no problem.
    It's such a minor event though. Just get Cresselia over a trade, it's not that important if you ask me - way better than starting over.
