pokemon platinum HELP !

"unable to connect to the nintendo wifi connection becuase the nintendo wifi connection user information from the nintendo ds system and the ds card do not match"

is what i get when i try to get online for pokemon P then i click a then i get this

"update the nintendo wifi connection user information saved on the ds ? when you update ur nintendo wifi connection user information,you will lose all data that was to connect to the nintendo wifi yes or no"

what do i do???

 

This happened to me but in Mario Kart instead.What I would do is to save the file onto the computer as backup and then after play normally. When on wi fi all I do is click yes and then it should work

 

okay thnx man ill try that i just wasnt sure i allready have the 1.4u update so i just wasnt sure if they where trying to hook me and brick my card

No worries, I think it said this to me when I played Platinum on WiFi on my CycloDS. I think it says it always the first time you connect, (maybe even on the real game cart?)
