Pokemon Pearl Hacking Error Help?

    I got around to hacking Pokemon pearl again, but not like last time, this time i get a missingno like error, with or without 8bpp or whatever people help? oh heres a video of the problem:

    also in poketex is there a way to make .bmp a .poke file?
