So is there no way to download this game? Should I wait until June to try again since it'll be a year since it came out? If there's another way to download this game will you tell me please? Do you recommend another site to try? Ever since this game came out I've wanted to download it onto my Super Card for my DS, I was waiting at least a year before I tried to download it, but now I can't on this site b/c you recieved a desist letter from the copyright. To all of your questions about downloading it here, no. There is no way that you will be able to download this rom from RomU. But it may be in the trading station. If not, then let me know because I have a copy of it.
As much as I am loyal to RomUlation, I have to say, if you want the game that bad just get it of another site or rapidshare search it or something.
If a game has been removed from Romulation for copyright issues, there is no way you can get it without going somewhere else. I'm sure Seph will forgive you, as long as you don't go around advertising those other places.
I have an added question that kind of fits in here. Exactly what happens to make Seph remove games from the site? I Mean Copyright is on every game and that's not usually an issue. Does the site get a notice from lawyers or something?
Seph just deletes the rom from the RomUlation servers permanently or just takes them off of the main-site list. I don't know who receives the notice, but it's an email/or whatever asking them to remove the game or face harsh legal punishments.
Thanks Just wondered since it seemed kinda weird to keep all these other rom's up, but delete some for Copyright reasons. It's worth a small inconvenience when trying to find the small number of games RU doesn't have just for the vast number we do have and the service of said roms to the masses. I Always said i was born Nose First anyway. (cause i am so nosy)
Well, if Seph hadn't taken the roms down, there probably would be no RomUlation. Better to have it than not.
