Pokemon Mystery dungeon explorers of sky (U) freeze problem

When I play PMD-Sky the chapter where skuntanks team joins it freezes once skuntanks smoke starts coming

i need help to fix it and thanks in advance

 

What are you using?
Actual DS or an emulator?

 

Im using my r4 so im using an actual ds

 

Backup all your files and reformat your MicroSD.

If you want post your save file on romulation and i will download it and get past the part for you then re post the save to you

 

I thought this didn't have any problem with r4...

just save once you get out of the talk

and im a primal dialga
cause i put cheats in

 

did you download my sav file yet???

 

Really weird it froze for me too. What you could do is make sure you have the correct and most updated firmware. I don't know what kind of R4 you have so i don't know what latest firmware is. ALso make sure that your sd card is formatted to FAT32. That'll probably fix it. If that doesn't work you might have to start over without the cheat. The cheat may also be causing the problem and disabling it and maybe enabling it after the part may fix it.

 

oh ok damn and that was a really good cheat lol turning into primal dialga
