pokemon mods???

i have an r4i and when i saw the us pokemon cheats there were some mods.... how do i use them? theres:
Player-Modifier Code
Weather-Modifier
Move Modifier v3
Wild Pokemon Modifier (Calculator)
how do i use them?? meh...

thats for the action replay... i have an r4i

 

Those cheats are action replay codes, not sure how to do it on R4i but for me I just select the cheat I want, tick one of the boxes and save the changes then play. Although for some cheats you have to press a button like X or select or something (in game), it usually tells you what you have to press.

for the wild pokemon modifier you have to go to the calculator and put the number of pokemon you want,and press L then choose what level do you want and press R , just walk on the grass and have a fight with the pokemon you chose
