Hey, what's up everybody...Red and Blue..Are they Ash and Gary...If that's who they are, why Nintendo doesn't want to change their names??..
Because that's the anime. Not the game. I NEVER want to see those names in my Pokemon games or else I won't buy them anymore.
Their not exactly Ash and Gary.... If you read the manga I thingk Red gets a polywag or something as a starting pokemon not a Pikachu....
Ash and Gary are characters in the TV show, Red and Blue are two different people from the show. But they do look alike.
well, when you start the game you are given the option to call them Ash and Gary in the list of predetermined names
There is also the option of Red and Blue.... And 2 other name I cant remember.... Bottom line is they are 2 different characters....
In pokemon Red and Blue (GB) the default name choices of your characters are red, and your rival blue, along with a few others, but with those being the first in the list. oddly enough, a default choice for you is "Gary" and and for your rival "Ash".
