There is a partial translation patch-try that if you locate it.

Also-try gamefaqs-they might have a guide with this inside.

 

Gamefaqs have no guide for hg/ss and translation patch doesnt work for this.

i think it says that she thinks you can't go because you aren't are there isn't socchi. I have no idea what socchi (そっち） is. sorry I can't be more helpful.

 

i think socchi means 3 legendary pokemons
