Pokemon HG/SS: Does the Pokewalker work on the Roms?

I've read IT DOES and NO IT DOESN'T multiple times, can someone pleeasse tell me if it works with a flashcart?

 

I haven't tested it out myself, but yes, it does.

 

How do you get the pokemon inside in the first place?? If your sending it thrue wi-fi then there should be no problem but if you actuly have to insert the game into the device there maby a problem since we use flashcards....

 

It connects through wireless. So there is nothing to worry about.

Click one of the options on the main screen, click send to pokewalker or something, and it'll allow 3 pokemon in it. My friend has the actual game.
