I got all 16 badges but im stuck on red, he pulverizied me within 5 min.

If anyone could send me like 3 lv 100 pokemon i would gladly apreciate it

 

You need better Pokemon.
And level them up a LOT more.

You need to level up your Pokemon with hard training in order to beat Red.

I don't know. He doesn't exist in Silver and I don't know if he is in there in HeartGold...

Here is a list of all gym leaders in HG/SS, and how to obtain their numbers (not what time you can battle them)

Brock - Speak to him at Diglett's Cave between 12PM and 3PM any day

Misty - Go to Cerulean Cape (Route 25) and speak to her between 4PM and 6PM any day (If she doesn't show up I think you need to catch suicune first)

Lt. Surge - Go to the Power Plant (after catching Zapdos) walking with a Pikachu between 9AM and 11AM any day

Erika - Go to the fountain at Cerulean City and talk to her between 3PM and 5PM on Saturday or Sunday

Janine - Go to the Pokemon League Reception Gate (the place before victory road) between 4PM and 6PM any day

Sabrina - Go to the dock at Olvine City any time on Friday

Blaine - Go to Cinnabar Island any time on Tuesday

Blue - Get a pokemon massaged 5 or 7 times (Don't know which) by his sister between 3PM and 4PM once per day (can't time travel it won't work)

Falkner - Go to the Celadon Dept. Store (any time I think) on Monday

Bugsy - Go to Viridian Forest any time on Thursday

Whitney - Go to the Goldenrod Dept. Store on Saturdays between 12PM and 4PM

You indeed have to level. Like GettaJob0007 said, the gymleaders are the easiest way to do that. You can also run through the elite 4 a few times. Groudon and Kyorge can you find in a cave on the route that leads to the safari zone (it's the place that is the most west from the whole map).

another quick training tip: as long as your still within the given time you can rebattle them again and again. eg. say gym leader Maydarp (made up) says you can call to battle between 4 and 6 you can call and battle him. Then immediatley after you battle him you can call him again as long as it its still within the time limit.

try a pokemon with mean look or just chuck ultra balls or fast balls and pray

 

what you think i do i wasted like 99 ultra balls on zapdos entei raikou SEPERATLY

 

Use a Golbat with both Hypnosis and Mean Look to catch the Entei,Raikou,and the birds .... that worked for me

 

ok now i need a golbat anyone wanna trade?
btw now im on suicune too(there all such a pain in a ass)
