Pokemon Heartland HM Rock Climb

Dear All,
I'm stuck where i don't have the HM Rock climb. I have 8 GYM badges & caught the Hugh Bird but i am lacking the HM Rock Climb. Perhaps i went wrong somewhere & missed out... Pls let me know how i should get about getting the HM Rock climb.

You have to beat the Top 4 and get all 16 Badges! When you did this, the Professor will give you the HM

If you're really desperate, maybe you can trade for a Pokemon with Rock Climb. I actually want to find out if you can use Rock Climb without all 16 badges, if you'd like, I'd send over a Rock Climb Pokemon.

Thanks for all replies.... I went to Victory Road & finally to Top 4... but i can only beat 3 of them... the 4th one she has the hugh dog that uses Dark Pulse & it is so powerful that it kills all my Pokemons... Any way i can beat it with
Level 39 Noctowl, 43 Sandslash, 46 Meganium, 55 Ho-Oh, 36 Ampharos, 39 Quagsire & 41 Raticate?
Is it that my Pokemons are too low in Levels?

They're too low to just plow through the Elite 4. You can train if you want, but if you have a lot of money then I suggest buying around 50 Revives and at least 30 Full Restores/Hyper Potions. Then just keep reviving and healing your Pokemon until you win! Also, if you're gonna go through with this, then I certainly hope that you saved up all those ethers and elixers, for now would be a great time to use them.

I just beat the E4 with similar levelled pokemon.
Your quagsire should be able to beat the houndoom. Giving it the 'quick claw' hold item may help, 1 or 2 earthquakes and it's down.

I will try again. I levelled my Quagsire to Level 45 hope it works. ^0^

 

Low. They should be at least level 50+ for best results.

 

You don't want waiting for Rock Climb moves? The best way is use Walk-Thru-Walls codes for alternative mode.
