    Is there a patch to traduce ALL the rom in english?

    Heart Gold and Soul Silver will be released in the united states this coming March, I believe. Just be patient. Though to actually answer your question, I don't think anyone will have taken the time for a full translation of a game that will eventually be released in English anyways.
