Pokemon Heart Gold (U) Help

    I remember in Pokemon Platinum there was a guy who would teach your pokemon all there forgotten attacks. Can anyone please tell me where this guy is, in Heart Gold? I would really appreciate it thanks.

    You can find him at Blackthorn City....The house next to the PokeMart...
