pokemon heart gold soul silver misty help

    I cant find misty on route 25 after i beat the trainers in front of her.

    Is there something that i missed into getting her?

    i would help but im not at that part yet. im at victory road still.

    u should try looking all over the city and stuff.

    you have to go to the power plant first

    Go to the Power Plant, get informed a part has been stolen, go to the Gym, follow the Rocket up the bridge, beat him, look in the liferings back inside the Gym, get the Machine Part. Misty is now available.
