pokemon heart gold sav data

    ok, ive been playing the patched one and since they got cheats for the regular one, how do i convert the patched sav to the normal game cause every time i try it frezzes, i got ez flash vi

    You should be able to use the cheats with the patched ROM, if you're using a cheat database, change the GameID (which would have changed when you patched it). If it doesn't work, you may need to start again.

    im using the editor e database works only for ez flash, when i tried changing id it changes back

    Make sure you save your changes using the editor. Do you know how to retrieve the GameID of your ROM?

    i did save the settings and it just went back to the original id

    Can't you just stick with the patched one? You can ARM7 patch it to make the original game ID work, and r4cce can change the game ID.

    But I don't think that is of any importance with this issue. You just need to edit the cheat codes correctly, and save the file. And when you save the file make sure you use the new file you created and not the old file with the old Game IDs.
