Pokemon GREEN Hacking Tools?

    I was going to try and hack Pokemon Green's text to have a better translation, but I can't find ANY hacking tools for that generation that work with Pokemon Green!

    Does anyone have any text-hacking tools that work with Pokemon Green? I've already checked various websites, including Whack a Hack, without results.
