It probably will need an AP patch because the rest did unless it works on your flashcart/emulator. What do you have?
German version is leaked, try gully. It has the same AP as the US/F and probably every other EU Version. 24 Event Freeze. There is no patch yet. But it probably works with the newest firmware of your card if you are not using a R4 cart.
i'vew a R4 3 revolution upgrade so might need an AP patch. i, gonna try it right now but the english translation works quiet well so i can still use it if this on does not work
