I could not help but respond, There is no way that would happen I am sorry. If you really want to play pokemon that badly there are always emulators of you dont have a system, an Ipod wouldnt be able to handle anything recent anyway so you might as well go for a classic gameboy color or advanced pokemon x3.

Yeah, they have a GBA emulator on the iPods.

They even have a NES and Playstation emulator.

Of course, you know, just a search away.

It seems as if there are GBA emulators for the PSP as well as GB/GBC.

    And PSX as well! ???

    Who knew!! ;D

I thought he was asking if there was ever going to be a pokemon game released for the ipod >.> I guess its possible as long as the hardware is good enough to get a decent pokemon game running on one of the newer ipods but i didnt know that the question was about emulating.

i think it will never be on ipod because it's a Nintendo exclusive... you know... but if ipod touch can handle n64 emulator... then, sure it supports a GB/C emu ;D

im not sure if it was emulated though, all i remember was downloading a bunch of games for my phone then i saw pokemon, ididnt know if it would work but i downloaded it anyway. I transffered it to my phone then it worked, but really slow. Maybe it was emulated but what do i know about phone stuff:p

Nintendo's already stated that the day they stop making game consoles is the day they step out of the video game market entirely. They'd never pull a Sega and go third party.

I've tried the lmgtfy, but I don't think anyone really sticks around to see the whole thing.
