Pokemon fire red MEW

hi all please help i am ______ frustrated
this must be a repost but i cannot find other threads

how can i get mew in fire red?
i am using vba 1.7.2
i got the mew in box 1 gameshark code and the master code from here

and all i get is a broken egg img and nothing in the box
sometimes the game lags like hell


when i start a new game i get this msg: The 1M Sub circuit is not installed

AND i cannot save my game because of another error (i can only save using ctrl+s)

plz _______ help me

all i want is mew as a starting pokemon

dunno what's the matter, but you may have to wait until you get the pokedex for the gameshark code to work, or you need a new code, about the saving issue I have no idea.

As far as your cheat code not working, maybe the cheat code is bad?
