Pokemon Diamond / pearl

OK so i am running NDeSmuME and I'm trying to play Pokemon diamond, but when i try to open them from my desk top it says

"C:\Documents and settings\Compaq_Owner\Desktop\0577 - Pokemon - Diamond (J)(WRG).rar is not a valid Win32 application."


and when i try to "open and execute" through my emulator this comes up

"Error this is file nds"

so I'm stumped, if you know whats wrong or if i need some add-on or a different emulator, plz let me know either here or email me at

same problem for me except now i have used winrar it loads up and is a black screen how can i sort it out???

 

why are you using desmume use no$gba it plays it better

 

I have tries no$gba aswell i comes up with
"the data could not be read
please turn off the console and reinsert the cartrige"
:'(

 

You have to change the options. Look where it says. DS Memory something and change it from none to each one until it works.
