Pokemon Black Wonder Card?

So I got my mystery gift and it was a wonder card How do i use it?

 

you pick it up at a pokemon center, the dude near the entrance when you walk in there

It only talks about the soul silver and others one but not black ones
Also i tried using it ingame it didn't give me anything

 

If you're talking about the very first Mystery Gift in Pokemon Black and White, it's actually a ticket. You use it in the city with the third gym to hop a boat and to catch a special Pokemon.

Level 15 with 100 in every stat upon capture. Pretty beast Pokemon.

Uuhm actually it doesn't have every stat 100 on capture... or at least, mine didn't have it.

is lvl 27 at the moment and it has
ATK. 67
DEF. 68
SP. ATK. 64
SP. DEF. 54
SPD. 61

 

He's talking about base stats. Victini has 100 base in everything.

You can't see base stats. Normal stats are calculated off the base stats, and 100 base everything is fairly good.
