For some reason, when I try to enter Global Link to try to do a random match, I get kicked off Nintendo WFC. I already signed up on the website, I used this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5dhisEWYE0k After I talk to the lady, I save the game then the screen shows up that says Connect to Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection? I press Yes and it connects me. After that, there are 3 options, 2 of them are in Japanese and one is Quit. I press the first one and some words in Japanese show up with a little loading symbol in the bottom right corner, then it disconnects me and kicks me out. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Might be due to a certain hacked pokemon or sumthing along that line. I wouldn't know tho just a guess.
That's what I thought too, but then I went and caught some random pokemon in the game and it still kicked me off... :-\ I'm going to open up pokesav and see if I can change the names to the original names. EDIT: same thing... :'( Post Merge: [time]1289470046[/time] Okay what I did was patch a clean rom with the V5 kata names. Now it lets me battle.
