Umm... I would go on Serebii.net Wi-Fi chat room. Anyone can catch a Kyurem and level it up. You will have to try to catch another shiny Pokemon, or EV train a decent Pokemon (such as Ulgamoth, Doryuuzu, etc.) or an Uber legendary such as your Kyurem to it's maximum.
