pokemon black: liberty garden help

    i've downloaded the wondercard and picked it up from the pokémart.
    but when i got to the boat in castelia city, the woman by the boat wont come up with the option to go there, only to unity tower..

    There is more then one dock.
    Try going to the other one. ;)

    The dock opposite to the lane of gym.
